+gdiplus in latest git

Photoshop CS4 page faults on startup.
Native gdiplus stops this, but / has to be removed in winecfg because of the
"broken font" problem or native gdiplus will also cause a crash.

To get this far, had to revert commit b8965ee7c90a687af4c84ad0ede73b1df901e16c
(Bug 18070) and winetricks ie6 (Bug 18681).

No, my mistake, I didn't realise Photoshop CS4 bundled a native version of
gdiplus.dll.  Settings WINEDLLOVERRIDES=gdiplus=b solves the page fault, so it
is the same fault as seen in Bug 18684.

Affects Dreamweaver CS4 too.
