https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39194 Bug ID: 39194 Summary: Crysis displays nothing but black Product: Wine Version: 1.7.50 Hardware: x86 OS: Mac OS X Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org Reporter: tblodt(a)icloud.com Crysis displays nothing but black. You can hear the audio, though. The log contains these two lines, over and over and over: fixme:wgl:macdrv_wglSwapBuffers current context 0x17a830 doesn't match hdc 0x50046; can't swap err:d3d:swapchain_blit >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION (0x506) from Swapchain present blit(EXT_framebuffer_blit) @ swapchain.c / 338 This bug is not present in Wine Staging, but I can't find the patch that fixed the problem. Sometime, I'll try bisecting. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

The fact that it works with Wine Staging most likely means it is a duplicate of an already existing bug report. The best way to find out which Wine Staging patchset fixes it, I would suggest to run a bisect. The steps are basically similar to http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting, except that you use it to find the "first good" patchset, instead of the "first bad" one. If you need help with bisecting, feel free to ping me in #wine-staging on IRC freenode. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39194 winetest(a)luukku.com changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |winetest(a)luukku.com --- Comment #2 from winetest(a)luukku.com --- I just tested crysis 1 against 1.9.22-1.9.23 wine or wine-staging 1.9.22. Don't remember the version now. But this happened just very recently. I just noticed this bug here. I had an issue that the screen content was multiplied into the game. It was like playing 3 different resolutions at same time. Also the starting scene at the plane had some really dark/black objects. But I can't confirm this bug here. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Sadly i can't enable dx10 mode for very high settings (maybe that would fix the shadow issue as well cause crysis 2 with dx11 hsa working shadows now, dx9 doesn't) -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
