[Bug 2624] In dialogs, an incorrect extra WM_ERASEBKGND is sent after WM_PAINT

Now both wine and wine-stagnig give the same result.

wine 2.5-git and staging 2.4.

I believe this bug was fixed long ago and was actually a dupe.
