When opening form located at http://epodatelna.justice.cz/ePodatelna/epo1200new/form.do (select "El. platební rozkaz" and click on "Další>>", program hangs with continuous stream of "fixme:font:GetCharacterPlacementW flags 0x00100000 ignored" errors. The 'linux' version exists - running using a patched wine1.0 (patch is available here http://www.602.cz/datainc/download/602xml/wine-patch.zip). It can be downloaded from here: http://www.602.cz/lin/download_form_filler (english version of this page does not exist). Still, I'm not able to use the linux version since it fails to render the form correctly, at least on lastest KUbuntu (4.11).
