'winetricks msi2' used to work, but fails with wine-1.3.18. +relay log shows that it's unhappy with our fake dll for mspatcha. Removing our fake dll makes it happier. I'll add that workaround to winetricks. Yeah, I can't recall when that verb was useful for debugging msi.
