The attached patch adds the functions to the tapi32.dll and allows Millennium to run in a non-central station capacity. (i.e.: View/Modify accounts, create work orders, etc.) It was suggested in the forums that I submit it here for cleanup and possible integration into wine proper. Yeah, I was trying to find a sort of 'newbies' guide to bug/patch submission... Looked all over the Bugzilla page (Silly me, thinking a guide for bugs might be linked on, I dunno, the front page of the bug tracker...) and couldn't find so much as a link to the page you pointed out. I will own up to my own failure of not thinking to look in the wiki.
