It downloads and finishes fine, but when I press play a message appears "Completing Installation 1%". This message sits there for a minute or two and then another message appears: "Steam servers are too busy to handle your request (Error 55)". I attached two screenshots to show both messages. What was the fix. This exact problem is happening for me. Sniper Elite 3 is problem.
