The emulator of the quite famous old computer Philips VG5000 can not open files.
The relevant error message seems to be:
fixme:commdlg:GetFileName95 Flags 0x00002000 not yet implemented
fixme:commdlg:GetFileName95 Flags 0x00002000 not yet implemented
I do not give a link for a file to open, because such files are copyrighted.
