For some reason, this very often does not work in Eve Online, and instead the bar will appear, but scrolling on it has no effect, and the mouse pointer keeps the Eve style, instead of returning to the default as it is supposed to. Other windows allow me to use the bar to change workspaces, including other fullscreen games (native (I haven't tried any other wine games)). This may be an issue with grabbing in fullscreen, as although I have the eve options set to stay in window mode, pressing the i3 key combination to toggle fullscreen causes the issue to disappear temporarily. The issue also appears to occur much less often when I have two monitors enabled.
