The Installer pops up for some seconds, than wine crashes. That kind of (german) tax software gets a new release every year. If you get hold of that older 13.x version and can reproduce the crash with _recent_ Wine version, reopen. Regarding comment #1 (winedbg): the first chance exception seen is harmless/by design and has nothing to do with initial problem.
