Following the git regression testing docs for wine at
http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting , I went through the process and ran
down the offending code commit for this bug.  I have been stuck using 0.9.35
for quite some time due to this issue, so figured that I'd try and help out
what little I can.  

The commit was authored by Alexandre Julliard, but I can't get Bugzilla to
accept his email address in the commit <julliard(a)winehq.org> as a new cc.  :( 
I went poking in the assigned bugs here, and jumped to the no doubt hasty
conclusion that <julliard(a)codeweavers.com> is the same individual.  Any helping
hands out there to confirm that I got that right or else get the word out to
the right people?
