To clarify the question, what happens when you try to run with wine-mono?
1. It does not install, during the installation process, there is a component that it fetches during installation time, M4RTD, which is not fetched, if using wine-mono. Also, the installer UI is not rendered properly in wine-mono, but it works, other than installing the fetched component. 2. Then, after installation, it does not startup and wine quits out.
