This is a regression, Wine 1.3.0 displayed them smoothly. The missiles in the Stars! battle dialog lag. This is a regression, Wine 1.3.0 displayed them smoothly.
I'll see about getting you a save file for quicker testing - otherwise you need to play the game long enough to get to a point where you can battle with missiles.
