FolderShare debug output

I doubt the problem is with the window height.	It works just fine past that
error and doesn't crash until you go to log in.  Then a popup box appears
matching the first post about a failed assertion.  I've attached my error
messages from running this on wine 0.9.24.  I'm guessing the crucial line is:
fixme:secur32:schan_InitializeSecurityContextA stub
