There is a test case on some URLs and relevant output from Windows 10 vs Wine 6.10. This was most likely fixed by the rewrite of this function in 2022 that ends in commit https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/commit/a110b2e68e635cabfb3c9d714f27cd9... (as far as I can see).
