Whenever a second person starts talking, wine gives this error message and no
sound is heard from the second person, even after the first person stops
transmitting:

warn:wave:wodOpen already allocated

Info:
Fedora Core 5 x86_64
Emu10k1 sound (using wineoss driver)
Ventrilo 2.3.2 Beta 3

I've tried using the winealsa driver but it doesn't seem to provide the mixer
controls that Vent requires.
