What's your Wine version, is it really 0.9? I'm guessing it's old as you seem to use X server on mac.
The crash dialog wasn't introduced until 1.1.20: https://www.winehq.org/announce/1.1.20 so at least that version. FYI: The Sims 4 version 1.68.154.1020 is known to have audio related crashing bugs under Windows. Updating the game to at least version 1.68.156.1020 is supposed to fix the audio bug. (As a workaround you can start the game with the -nosound argument.)
