Not a blocker.
If I understood the definition of blocker correctly ("Blocks development and/or testing work"), since I can't install it because of the bug, I can't test it properly. The app loads and installs just fine. I think you have some other apps installed and wine tries to start some services that make it crash. That clkdrv.sys is installed by a previous program and is likely the problem. please reopen if you still run into trouble on a new ~/.wine.
