Could you provide a WINEDEBUG=+cursor,+global trace? It seems the cursor handle
is later reused by a user-allocated global memory block. For create_cursor this
data is of course garbage and fails.

I'm currently not interested in this program however I may change my mind if
I'll decide to go deeper into this.
