Wine 10.9 console output

In a Win 10 VM, installation of Wondershare Uniconverter takes around 3
minutes. In Wine this takes over 30 minutes.

The installer appears to launch a number of short-lived "helper" processes.

This line is printed a LOT with differing thread IDs:
fixme:process:SetProcessShutdownParameters (00000100, 00000000): partial stub.

Checked a few version of Wine back to 6.0.4 but didn't see any difference.
