Looks good, thx for reporting a fix for this bug.
Can you make a patch and send it to the -patches mailinglist? ( There is various
information on how to do this on winehq.org . You can also ask on irc or the
-devel mailinglist, if you need help. )
Extending the tests in dlls/msvcrt/tests/scanf.c for this case would be usefull,
too.
