I also can't figure out what page the OR is quoting from in the first place. At the time this was filed, 1.0.1 was already over a year old; the current version of Wine at the time was 1.1.33. My guess is that at the time this bug was filed the instructions were correct for the then-current version but not for the obsolete version.
