However, when today I opened the program's DictationBox option to enter text, the program crashes. This does not happen when I install winetricks gdiplus. The program last ran without a crash on 15 July, so the regression is somewhere between then and today's git: wine-1.1.1-147-gb3f4091 with the likelihood of it being today or yesterday. I removed pulseaudio, and now neither crash happens. I also removed ubuntu-desktop and disabled compiz. I don't know how to explain it.
