[Bug 5240] PonyChat is unable to connect other users.

I noticed one thing. Program reports that it is trying to open port 0 for
communication however this is not true. On windoze it opens port 950. On Linux
it doesn't open that port and doesn't sent any udp packets. I am also curious
why this bug is still (after almost two years) marked as UNCONFIRMED?
