[Bug 27501] New: atlas.ti fails open any project file due to lack in ole32 implementation

This particular part is fixed with http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/0a5086ab64f2c35e2f462cf4e771187.... First version that has this fix is 1.5.12.
