When trying to clic and drag, no box appears AND the display freeze. The application seems working but the display is not refresh anymore. Selection box works fine here. Ubuntu 10.10, Wine 1.3.16 with SketchUp 8.0.4811

I'm running 32bit and NVidia driver 260.19.06 - How did you get that NVidia driver? I should try the same version to see if the issue is to do with 32/64 bit or the driver.

Yes that's it ! But is it a bug in Wine or in the nvidia driver ? If you know how you could try and go back to the 260.19.06 nvidia driver - see if that makes it work again for you.
I have filed a bug with NVidia - but it hasn't shown up on their system yet.

They have Nvidia and Intel graphics and the drivers and i also tried updating the drivers with no results NOTE: I also used PlayOnLinux and just tried SketchUp 8 on Wine 1.3.7 and everything worked perfectly well with the selection, the display refreshes.
