wine-1.1.12-629-g1608cb9 - gf8 - 180.16, crashes fairly quickly after loading.

wine-1.1.43-191-g7614656 - no longer crashes in d3dfmt_convert_surface, it
appears to go through loading the game for about 20 seconds before crashing
with a different problem.
