Animated GIF images rendered by .NET PictureBox component are displayed incorrectly. First frame of animation looks good, the subsequent frames have some pieces missing. The download URL contains a sample .NET application with source that displays animated GIF image. That image was downloaded from here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphics_Interchange_Format Guessing from the visual results and documentation, probably subsequent animation frames should be rendered over the previous ones, and are not. winetricks -q windowscodecs can't workaround it.
