[Bug 4975] REGRESSION: IE6 doesn't install with wine 0.9.11

Could someone please give directions for installation of IE6, so that I can
still use it?  James said that it was usable using builtin dlls.  I'm a bit of a
newb, please be specific.  Thanks,
