steam log with WINEDEBUG=+wininet,+winsock

I just update my linux system to ubuntu 17.04 and update my wine bin to
winehq-staging
I start winetricks on a clean .wine directory, and after I installed winhttp 
I try to connect to internet with two app:
- steam (by winetricks) 
- iexplore 
but none of the two works because wine can't connect to internet

There could be something wrong with your DNS servers or configuration. -5 means
the address (in this case www.google.com) does not have any server IP.

Now every windows program can't use internet.
In previous ubuntu's version and wine's version, there were no problems
