When you enter the same link in another browser (for example Firefox) you are being redirected to: https://www.google.com/search?q=car&tbm=isch&biw=1375&bih=752&sei=YCi... with images. When you try wine iexplore 'https://www.google.com/search?q=wine&tbm=isch&biw=1375&bih=752&sei=YCi...' it also hang for a minute and then you get a page without images (but there is no "Your search - wine - did not match any image results." text.
