I wonder if you compiled wine yourself, that you need the 2.6 kernel headers.
The package is available in the testing series, and extra series in
slackware-current.

Here's a hint from the 10.2 changelog:
a/glibc-solibs-2.3.5-i486-5.tgz:  Recompiled against header files from
  linux 2.4.31 (linuxthreads version) and linux 2.6.13 (NPTL version).
