Drop-down lists are not switchable, This appeared in version 2,13 and remains
relevant for version 2,14

I downloaded BricsCAD 16 (which is the oldest version still available on
bricsys.com) and ran it on Wine 2.4. `winetricks vcrun2013` is required for it
to run at all on such an old version of Wine, but the drop-downs all open and
close correctly and they change the properties of the objects that I draw. Can
you please explain what you mean by "not switchable"?
