I confirm the same thing for PITy (download link:  
http://www.ips-infor.com.pl/sms/index_pity2005.php). The hight of the toolbar 
is bigger than in Windows. I can submit the screenshots if you like. Besides, 
if you minimize the application and hmm... unminimize it, part of the toolbar 
gets hidden.
