[Bug 23019] New: Cinema 4D R11 isn't able to start

But wine isn't able to start the application and quits with a program error. It starts up correctly for me, tried with 1.2-rc2 and 1.2-rc2-111-g9aa9a12. Clean Wine environment, only gecko was needed. Hopefully, someone will chime in here to either confirm or deny the problem. Btw. the app received Gold rating with Wine-1.3.18 (mentioning some rendering issues). Please disregard the link to the demo version in comment #1: now that link leads to some download manager. You can try to reproduce the problem with that demo and recent Wine. I'm sorry, but I can't test it anymore, because I don't have Cinema 4D anymore.

I gave the demo a try. The demo runs fine for me, as it does for Gyb. As reporter of bug hasn't got the application anymore, we cannot verify whether it's fixed/invalid or whatever.
