The Airscout 1.2.0.5 by DL2AFL Program does not load under wine 2.0.2 on a 64 bit Linux Mint 18.2 running amd64 . If you install native dotnet with "winetricks -q dotnet40" in a fresh 32bit wineprefix it works.
