http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29544 --- Comment #2 from simak <simashin(a)gmail.com> 2012-01-25 03:07:44 CST --- Hi. I have the same bug. My config: Fedora 16 and wine-1.3.36 lspci | grep -i nv 04:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation G96 [GeForce 9400 GT] (rev a1) lsmod | grep nv nvidia 12122373 30 i2c_core 28203 2 nvidia,i2c_i801 nvidia-settings -v nvidia-settings: version 290.10 When the game starts i can go in menu and click with mouse everywhere changing options and preferences, but when i make any click on the map or the unit the game just go out... So any click in game after it starts - cause to starcraft die. err:seh:setup_exception_record stack overflow 1200 bytes in thread 0027 eip 681d4634 esp 00240e80 stack 0x240000-0x241000-0x340000 After i downgraded wine to 1.3.24, all works fine. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29544 --- Comment #3 from Henri Verbeet <hverbeet(a)gmail.com> 2012-01-27 13:36:26 CST --- Does this happen with the demo? A regression test would really be very helpful, as well as a backtrace or at least the module in which the exception happens. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29544 --- Comment #4 from Dmitriy <dmitriym-75(a)rambler.ru> 2012-01-28 05:52:48 CST --- Problem solved. Today I planned to do the regression test. At first I compiled Wine 1.4-rc1 (git version) and tried to run StarCraft. The game works very good without any crashes or bugs. So, in Wine 1.4-rc1 the bug was fixed or the problem is in Fedora's wine rpm package, because before it I installed Wine via yum install wine. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
