Wine's DDraw Implementation doesn't handle the DDSCL_SETFOCUSWINDOW correctly.  
This prevents the game Empire Earth from Startup. 
 
In Windows, it's perfectly ok to do a lpDD->SetCooperativeLevel(hwnd, 
DDSCL_SETFOCUSWINDOW), but under Wine this call fails.
