During setup, an error dialog appears which says:

    Unable to execute file:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe

    CreateProcess failed; code 2.
    File not found.

Despite the error, the program appears to install successfully.

The error does not happen if `winetricks dotnet48` is run before the setup
program.
