[Bug 8018] Right half of advanced options dialog is unusable in SmartBarXP

Needs `winetricks vb6run` before running.

Going to the advanced options, the first dialog is General, Layout. There are
two panels, and Clicking 'Add' to move an entry from the left to the right
appears to remove it (it goes to the right, but its name is not displayed.
Clicking apply/ok, closing the dialog and opening it shows them again, however.

I'll attach screenshots of it.
