With wine-staging 5.7, Legends of Runeterra hangs at startup.

Works: wine 80ceafc2a1 / staging 2c2eabb5
Hangs: wine c4dab9b76e / staging abc772e2

There are 4 commits in that range, but they're all related.

Note that the patch from bug 48665 comment 3 is required to run Runeterra.

Oops, this is fixed as of wine 28ec2795 / staging 69a4e4ba, which means that
despite the different symptoms it's probably a dupe of bug 49011
