This is not the same as bug 14966. While inserting clipart never quite worked as on Windows, in the past it was possible in Word 2007 to browse the clip organizer, copy an image to the clipboard, and insert it into the document. Now, browsing the clip organizer produces an error message that the clip organizer cannot complete the operation, and the thumbnails do not display.
