[Bug 12635] New: Windows Media Player 10 doesn't update music list promptly
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12635 Summary: Windows Media Player 10 doesn't update music list promptly Product: Wine Version: 0.9.59. Platform: Other URL: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/dow nload/download.aspx OS/Version: other Status: NEW Keywords: download Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: dank(a)kegel.com If you add or delete an item in the music list, you have to switch to a different list and back before the music list reflects the update. It's not just a drawing problem, I think; moving it offscreen and back onscreen doesn't fix it. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

I installed wmp10 via winetricks, added 2 songs into playlist (library page), removed both and it worked. Am I doing this wrong or is this fixed?
wine 1.7.49
I see the exact same issue in wine 1.9.13. When you add songs the list is not updated too. Extended steps to reproduce: 1) winetricks -q wmp10; 2) open wmplayer.exe from Program Files/Windows Media Player; 3) accept all defaults for config; 4) click in the library tab, click in the + Add Library (lower left) and add a folder of mp3; 5) right-click any music and select delete and OK in the dialog. After adding the dir of mp3 in step 4 the library will not be updated, you have to switch to other tab and back and the list will appear. After deleting the music in step 5 it will not be deleted, again you have to switch and come back to see the updated list. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
