[Bug 23881] New: CoreAudio driver stops playing sound when headphones are plugged in or removed

If headphones are plugged in or removed while Wine is running, Wine stops playing sound until it is restarted. For example, if I start wine with NO headphones plugged in, sound works great. If I plug in headphones, it stops working. If I remove them again, sound still doesn't work. Similarly, if I start wine WITH headphones plugged in, sound works great. If I remove the headphones, I get the same problem: the sound dies.
