Take responsibility for the apps you use/test so others can benefit from it. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=11858 E.g. rename appdb entry "RawDump 2.0" to "RawDump" because app versions live under this entry in sub-entries. Add main website URL, download URL for each version in sub-entries Add HOWTO for install, e.g. I don't know if you used mono or winetricks dotnet20 Add HOWTO for running, e.g. info that CDROM must be mapped and type set Add NOTES for workarounds (e.g. winetricks gdiplus) if bugs are still pending. Screen shots are a great idea. The rest of the application information is forthcoming. But I will say that in winecfg the drives are set to CDROM and mapped to a drive letter(guess I'll screen shot that too). The way it works in windows is that the app opens up and shows all cdrom drives connected to that computer in a drop down box. If it was that simple, there wouldn't been a bug made. I'm not a programmer, so don't expect me to see VB code and figure out what's really going on. And it's an issue, regardless of what you think. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

That's not the point. As shown in the screenshot in "rawdump in win7" it shows a drive to try to use. In wine for me, I can't even get there. I even tried running the app as root and it still wouldn't show any drives to try to use. And the same drives are functional in linux for me. I will say again, rawdump on wine for me shows no drives, using isoburn does, isobuster as well; no drives is the issue. Rawdump on windows shows active disc drives (compatible or not). Don't make this issue more complex, keep it simple. Forget the purpose of this application and help me figure out exactly how to get the app in wine to see cdrom drives. Simple as that. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
