[Bug 3950] Could not load 'SOUND.DLL'

I've compiled the lastest CVS, but it doesnt't work for me :(
It still wants to use a native 'SOUND.DLL' instead of the built-in 'sound.drv'

trace:module:NE_LoadDLLs Loading 'SOUND'
trace:module:GetModuleHandle16 (SOUND)
trace:module:MODULE_LoadModule16 Trying native dll 'SOUND.DLL'
