If Wine did never create intermediate dirs then the bugs are the incorrect 
usages of CreateDirectory. I just assumed CreateDirectory allowed it since i 
saw several places using it that way:-|

Some places i know of: 
imagehlp.dll->MakeSureDirectoryPathExists
shell32.dll->SHCreateDirectory(Ex) with friends

Those might have been fixed since i filed the bug thou.
