After downloading either wine-devel-9.15-osx64.tar.xz or
wine-staging-9.15-osx64.tar.xz, I found that wine64 is not included in the
distribution.

Can wine64 be included thanks!

This is not an official winehq distribution, why do you report that here?

On modern macOS, there is only 64bit executables, 32bit is not supported
anymore. I don't think there is a problem with their distribution.

It is, actually. Dean Greer does the official Mac builds.

Anyway, more broadly, it's true that new wow64 builds don't ship wine64. I'm
not sure whether this is a problem.

I will note though that there is a difference between the 32-bit and 64-bit
builds of some binaries (regsvr32, reg, possibly others) and that not shipping
separate binaries makes it harder to manually invoke specific architectures.
winetricks at least seems to rely on that...
