It's still broken for me. When the app starts maximized (default), the scrollbar is stuck. The scrollbar starts working only in following cases:

Ah, yes, you're right, Anastasius: I was running the app in the Virtual Display, so I didn't see the issue, while without the Virtual Display, I can clearly see it.
