May be this bug depends of gdiplus Wine component, because install native gdiplus from winetricks, solve this problem. If it fails with native, I guess the problem is somewhere else.
If i use clean Wine installation, Autodesk Inventor installer crash with this message from error console log: Anisimov(a)LinuxStation:~> fixme:gdiplus:GdipCreateBitmapFromGraphics hacked stub wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address 0x7e8a5b8c (thread 001c), starting debugger... If i install gdiplus and set gdiplus -> native, installer program bypass this error and crash in other place. I packed this file using bzip2 archiver and archived file size - 92 Mb Our server approved this file size?
